MAD exchange + incubation for creative industries practitioners //2018

this exchange programme sponsored us (fashion clinic) on a 21-day trip to japan and korea. we visited upcycling brand re;code based in seoul; went on a 3-day work experience in Kyoto at mina perhonen studio; exhibited alongside atelier rei at pleasure select shop in nagoya, curated by toshiko iwata; visited shobu gakuen in kagoshima; learnt traditional sashiko embroidery in nagano with kurashina fumi; attended natural dye workshop at tezome in kyoto; and finally visited boro exhibition at amuse museum in tokyo.
