"Norwegian Wood" AW 2020
TOMORROW by Daydream Nation X Cocktail Select Shop
We got our inspiration from the nostalgic novel Norwegian Wood, by Haruki Murakami. The character Naoko, a beautiful emotionally troubled soul, inspired the trapped antique Victorian lace needle-punched onto the sumptuous cashmere cardigans and boiled wool jackets; the passionate girl Midori can be seen in the bright red and pink designs, highlighted by North American smocking, the Cretan stitch and beading details.
our second upcycled collection Commissioned by Cocktail Select Shop, it is redesigned from beautiful off-season pieces from brands like Nora Sue, pas de calais, IJIIT and Marimekko.
